What is AdugeOps?
AdugeOps is a kitchen operations tool for home and small food businesses in India. It brings orders, prep, payments, customers, stock and expenses into one place, so a homemade food brand, home bakery or caterer can run the whole day from a single board.
Who is AdugeOps for?
Home cooks and small food businesses that take orders on a Shopify store, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone or walk-in: homemade food brands, home bakeries and caterers.
Does AdugeOps connect to Shopify?
Yes. Connect your Shopify store and new orders, edits and cancellations arrive on their own, along with your products and customers. When you mark an order dispatched or delivered in AdugeOps, Shopify is updated too. If you already have products in AdugeOps, you confirm how they match your store before anything is imported. Shopify sync is included on every plan, the Free plan too, and is rolling out to invited kitchens first.
Does it read my WhatsApp or Instagram orders?
No. Orders that come in on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone or walk-in are logged by you, which takes a few seconds, with a tag for where each came from. AdugeOps does not read your chats.
Does it message my customers on WhatsApp?
It can send three order updates for you: confirmed, dispatched and delivered. You choose which ones are on. This is rolling out and depends on WhatsApp approving each kitchen’s number.
Does it support subscriptions and repeat orders?
Yes. AdugeOps supports recurring and subscription orders with scheduled deliveries, plus bundles made of your own products. Useful for customers who order the same thing every week or month.
What does it cost?
Free is ₹0 for up to 100 orders a month and one user, and covers orders, payments, products, customers and Shopify store sync. Master Chef is ₹399 a month, billed yearly at ₹3,999, for up to 500 orders a month and two users. It adds the kitchen side: prep board, recipes, stock, shopping list and expenses. If you take more than 500 orders a month, write to us.
