Where we fit
AdugeOps doesn’t replace your storefront or your chats. It holds the day together.
A home or small food business already runs on a handful of good tools — a storefront, customer chats, a payments app, a trusty notebook. Each does its one job well. The trouble is that an order born in one of them has to be remembered, re-typed and chased across all the others. That gap — the day itself — is the only thing AdugeOps set out to fill.
Online storefronts
Shopify, Dukaan, InstamojoGreat at: Giving you a catalog, a checkout and a clean way to take online orders and payments.
The gap: They stop at “order placed.” There’s no kitchen view of what to cook today, in what order, or for whom.
Customer chat & WhatsApp tools
WATI, Interakt, DelightChatGreat at: Helping you talk to customers — replies, broadcasts and catalogs right inside WhatsApp.
The gap: They’re an inbox, not a kitchen board. The order still has to be written down somewhere to actually be made.
Restaurant POS
Petpooja, PosistGreat at: Running a restaurant — dine-in billing, kitchen tickets and aggregator (Swiggy/Zomato) orders.
The gap: Built for a restaurant floor, not a home or micro-batch kitchen taking preorders and tiffin subscriptions.
Payments & ledger apps
Khatabook, Vyapar, UPI appsGreat at: Tracking who paid and who still owes, and keeping a simple money record.
The gap: Money lives on its own — disconnected from the actual orders, prep and customers behind it.
Spreadsheets & a notebook
Google Sheets, pen & paper, WhatsApp chatsGreat at: Being free, flexible and instant — where almost every kitchen starts.
The gap: Nothing talks to anything else, and the day itself ends up living in someone’s head.
AdugeOps is the layer for the whole loop
You keep taking orders wherever they come from — Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone or walk-in. AdugeOps is the one place you log them (it takes seconds, with a tag for where each one came from) and then run the day: move every order from intake to prep to ready to delivered, see what’s paid and what’s pending, and keep customers, recipes, inventory and tiffin subscriptions in the same view.
To be clear: AdugeOps doesn’t auto-import from WhatsApp, Instagram or Shopify — you enter each order yourself. That’s deliberate. The point isn’t another channel; it’s one calm system of record for everything you’ve already sold.
